Classes can be scheduled by calling 586-281-0150 Monday -Friday from 8am - 4pm.
The fee for class is due at the time of registration.
Payment can be made by credit, debit or prepaid money card. All card transactions will incur a $3.00 convenience fee. If preferred a money order can be sent and once received, staff will call to register you at that time.
No, Students must be in a quiet, private, and stationary setting while attending the class. If a student is observed at work or driving, they will be removed from class.
Late arrivals will not be admitted. Once the class has begun it will be locked, any attempts at a late arrival will be refused and the student will be required to reschedule & repay the class for another date.
Class A Training Center will electronically submit your class completion to your referring party on your behalf.
There is no Zoom ID or password to type into your computer. The class is accessed by using the secure link emailed to you once payment is made.
Check your Spam/Junk folder for the email, if it is not there, call the registration office at 586-281-0150, M-F from 8am until 4pm to confirm the email address is correct and to have the email resent.
Yes, the instructor will provide adequate breaks dependent on the length of the course. Student must return from break on time, late returns will not be permitted to rejoin the class.
Yes, students are required to remain on camera with their microphone on to allow for communication between the student and instructor throughout the class. Failure to remain on camera with their microphone on, will result in removal from the class.
Children are not permitted in classes at any time, students must make appropriate childcare arrangements during their class time to ensure their attention is focused on the class.
